About the Qualification – TLI30321

This is a qualification for those engaged in supply chain operations across all industries  and includes specialisations for logistics and warehousing operations.

It involves a defined range of skilled operations, usually within a range of broader related activities involving known routines, methods and procedures, where some discretion and judgement is required in selecting equipment, services or contingency measures within known time constraints. It may also include responsibility for coordinating the work of others.

Packaging Rules – 14  Units consisting of 2 Core and 12 Electives

Core Units – All Core units must be completed and cannot be changed.

• Shift materials safely using manual handling methods
• Ensure the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility)

Elective Units on offer ( choose 12 )

• Secure cargo
• Load and unload goods/cargo
• Estimate/calculate mass, area and quantify dimensions
• Interpret road maps and navigate pre-determined routes
• Monitor the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility)
• Process customer complaints
• Complete receival and despatch documentation
• Coordinate stocktakes
• Identify goods and store to specifications
• Organise receival and despatch operations
• Organise warehouse records operations
• Implement and monitor work health and safety procedures
