Pricing Structure 

The TSG pricing model is based on the number of Learners; 

  • Employees (Learners) in your business that you choose to nominate.
  • Employees (learners) of your member’s businesses whom they choose to nominate.

Employees can also include suppliers & subcontractors who provide services to you that you choose to nominate,

 Note: some examples of membership organisations that could participate on behalf of their members and benefit from this staff compliance and development training model include but are not limited to;

  • Professional Associations (legal, journalism, engineering, human resources, information technology, building & civil, pharmaceutical, veterinary – medical – nursing, accounting, teaching – education, etc.)
  • Nonprofits (foundations, churches, charities, utilities, etc.)
  • Industry Associations: (civil contractors, property & facility management, refrigeration & air-conditioning, transport & logistics, energy, waste & recycling, mining, hotels, retail – wholesale, farming, etc.)

Billing Structure

Monthly Billing;

  • By credit card or contact our team for approval to set up a direct bank debit authority.
  • By providing your card information, you allow TSG to charge your card for future payments in XXXXX terms.
  • An automated invoice will be generated and sent out once payment is received.

What courses should my employees and contractors do and how often ?

The courses your employees and contractors should take depend on their roles and your industry’s requirements. Here’s a general guideline:

  1. Induction Training: For all new employees and contractors. Frequency: Commnencement and refreshed annually.
  2. Safety and Compliance Training: Industry-specific courses such as WHS, environmental regulations, or cybersecurity. Frequency: Annually or bi-annually.
  3. Skills Development: Role-specific skills or advanced training relevant to their job functions. Frequency: Annually or as needed based on job requirements and personal development goals.
  4. Soft Skills Training: Communication, leadership, and teamwork courses. Frequency: Annually or bi-annually.
  5. Refresher Courses: For skills or compliance that need regular updating. Frequency: As required (e.g., every 6-12 months).

Adjust the frequency and content based on individual needs and industry standards.

Can anyone do all of the 200 plus courses?

Your nominated business representatives decide the roles and frequency, offering complete flexibility.

We encourage everyone to participate in all our courses.

How do we get started?

Can I Cancel ?

Yes, just send us a cancellation email with 60 days’ notice.

Can I add or remove Learners easily ?

Yes, just send an email to customers@tsg.edu.au and let us know what you would like to do.

How often is new content added?

We add new courses every 60 days and update existing ones to ensure the content remains current and relevant.

Is technical support available?

Yes, call our 1300 number during business hours to speak with our friendly team, or send us an email with your query.

Can I get a customised course to fit my company’s specific needs?

Yes, we can create custom short courses with your content for exclusive use, typically within 14 days, depending on the size.

Is there a way to track my employees’ progress?

Yes, our system includes learning analytics and custom reports to measure and manage progress.

Are the courses mobile-friendly?
