Pricing Structure 

The TSG pricing model is based on the number of Learners; 

  • Employees (Learners) in your business that you choose to nominate.
  • Employees (learners) of your member’s businesses whom they choose to nominate.

Employees can also include suppliers & subcontractors who provide services to you that you choose to nominate,

 Note: some examples of membership organisations that could participate on behalf of their members and benefit from this staff compliance and development training model include but are not limited to;

  • Professional Associations (legal, journalism, engineering, human resources, information technology, building & civil, pharmaceutical, veterinary – medical – nursing, accounting, teaching – education, etc.)
  • Nonprofits (foundations, churches, charities, utilities, etc.)
  • Industry Associations: (civil contractors, property & facility management, refrigeration & air-conditioning, transport & logistics, energy, waste & recycling, mining, hotels, retail – wholesale, farming, etc.)

Billing Structure

Monthly Billing;

  • By credit card or contact our team for approval to set up a direct bank debit authority.
  • By providing your card information, you allow TSG to charge your card for future payments as per our terms and conditions.
  • An automated invoice will be generated and sent out once payment is received.

  2. Safety and Compliance Training: Industry-specific courses such as WHS, environmental regulations, or cybersecurity. Frequency: Annually or bi-annually.
  3. Skills Development: Role-specific skills or advanced training relevant to their job functions. Frequency: Annually or as needed based on job requirements and personal development goals.

  5. Refresher Courses: For skills or compliance that need regular updating. Frequency: As required (e.g., every 6-12 months).

The next steps after you register as a member of our Hub

  1. Sign Up and Account Creation
    After signing up, you will be directed to the TSG Moodle eLearning platform. To register an account, use your business email as your username, and provide your first and last name, along with your email address.
  2. Login Details
    Once your account is created, you will receive an email with your login details. For an optimised training experience when using mobile devices, we strongly recommend downloading and installing the Moodle app.
  3. Adding Learners
    To set up your learners in the system, you can simply email customers@tsg.edu.au and provide an Excel or CSV file with their first and last names, along with their email addresses, and we will automatically enrol them into 10 preselected courses we have chosen to get started
  4. Onboarding Support
    We will assist in onboarding your learners and we will guide your designated coordinator on how to add or remove users from the system, as well as generate reports to monitor progress.etc
  5.  Course Library
    You can then browse through our library of courses and select the ones you want your learners to complete when you are ready
