Chain of Responsibility (CoR)

It includes identifying features and applying chain of responsibility obligation in the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) or applicable state/ territory law and regulations.

It also includes identifying and reporting chain of responsibility risks.

It describes the skills and knowledge required to ensure the safety of transport activities.

Work is performed under close direction, generally within a team environment.

Resource requirements

• A range of relevant exercises, case studies and/or simulations
• Relevant and appropriate materials, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) currently used in industry.
