About the Course

The Site Safety Supervisor course has been designed to effectively train participants to be able to communicate information, conduct safety & health investigations and apply risk management processes across a broad range of industries in preparation for a supervisory role.

This Supervisor Training program has been structured around the many common challenges faced by a site supervisor in working to coordinate the best efforts of a work team to achieve objectives in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.

It provides an interactive learning environment covering the essential elements of a site supervisor in the mining, civil construction  and waste industry, specifically:

• Risk Management Theory
• Practical Risk Assessment and Management
• Risk Management safety document review
• Incident investigation aswell as ractical incident investigation and reporting
• Communication theory
• Negotiation skills
