This dual diploma qualification is designed for individuals who are currently employed as team leaders, senior managers, project officers, or in general management positions, as well as those who aspire to work in these roles.

Throughout this qualification, you will receive guidance and support in developing your skills in team leadership and management. You will gain knowledge on leveraging emotional intelligence to enhance team performance and learn strategies for creating and implementing operational plans that promote effective workplace practices.

Additionally, the program covers various subjects such as influential communication, professional development, workforce planning, and risk management.

Packaging Rules – 13 Units consisting of 10 Core and 3 Electives
