Magazine and Blast Security Clearance Licence / Permit

About the Course

This nationally accredited training is for onsite personel requiring security clearance for handling explosives  and  / or security senstive dangerous substances in the Mining, Drilling and Civil Infrastructure sector.

Whilst Blast security is the responsibility all personnel involved in the blasting operation  this course is recommeded for any of the following personnel

• Mine Management
• Surface Drill and Blast Supervisors / Superintendents
• Operations/Line Managers with responsibility for daily drill and blast operations
• Blast Guards
• Shotfirers
• Magazine Keepers

Statement of Attainment –  For each unit below

• RIIBLA602E Establish and maintain explosives safety and security management systems

How Can I Study

• Theory – either at your workplace or via Microsoft teams
• Practical – at your workplace
